I grew up outside of New York in a house where paper and art materials were as essential as bread and water. I received my B.A. in English from Vassar College, completed a teacher training for Waldorf schools at Rudolf Steiner College in Sacramento, and recently completed a Master's in Art Therapy at Tobias School of Art and Therapy (sponsored by City and Guilds in London). After teaching French at the Monadnock Waldorf School in Keene, NH. I began to paint full time in 1997. And I have taught oil painting at the Eliot School for Fine and Applied Arts in Boston. I currently work out of my studio at 1 Cottage St. in Easthampton, MA in the Pioneer Valley. |
